Metro Dubai Metro is one of the most advanced public transport systems in the world featuring fully automated trains. It currently operates in two lines – Red line and Green line – and covers all major residential and commercial areas of the city.

Walking Even though the summer temperatures don’t allow for much exploration on foot, walking is the best way to explore the traditional souks and museums in old Dubai as well as several other places in the city.

Abra, Water Bus & Water Taxi Abras are traditional wooden boats that ferry passengers across the Dubai Creek. They run every few minutes and have a nominal fare of AED1 per trip.Water Taxis are luxurious boats for private hiring and operate from all Water Taxi stations across the Dubai waterways.
